How can I order?
Explore the catalogue and use the enquiry options on a product page. Retailer links will be enabled as listings become available. This website does not currently take payments or confirm orders.
Can I place a bulk or custom order?
Yes, you can enquire about either on every product page. Share your quantities, requirements and destination. Feasibility, pricing, minimum quantities and timelines are confirmed individually.
Are the photographs of the exact products?
The collection uses AI-generated design visualisations while current product photography is being prepared. These images show a design direction, not a guaranteed final product appearance. Please ask for final photographs before ordering.
What about delivery, returns and payment?
For a marketplace purchase, review and follow the chosen retailer’s terms. For an enquiry with Shilpgaatha, delivery, payment and return arrangements must be agreed before an order is placed.
Can I enquire from outside India?
You’re welcome to contact us from anywhere. Tell us your destination and requirements so we can discuss feasibility; international delivery is not automatically available.
